Please be aware that since all of my hats and other handmade creations are basically one of a kind, vintage elements may or may not differ very, very slightly from item to item; however they will most definitely be equivalent in size, color, quality etc. to that shown in the photographs---rest assured that I do not offer any of my hats & accessories as more than a single edition unless I am 100% confident of being able to offer the exact same appearance and quality/size of materials; oftentimes I may have a certain quantity of exclusive materials that allows me to do a very limited edition of a certain hat or other item, and once this supply is gone there will be no more offered like it again. These are NOT mass produced items in any sense, hence please be aware there is usually a WAITING TIME for delivery---I am a one-person, one-creator business and never offer hundreds of hastily-made, lesser quality items as you will find on other sites, nor are they in any way akin to the polyester-covered "beach hats" claimed as "all-fabric originals" you might see elsewhere....these are made of the top of the line natural materials that were TRULY found in the best of historical Victorian and Edwardian millinery....designed for you with trained professional expertise as only one with years of serious formal costume/textile study experience can achieve;
each is individually signed and dated by me, the original artist and designer, and quality assurance is definitely number one here...I want all of my customers to love what I create for them, as much as I do! In addition, I welcome custom creations and have a incredibly vast supply of the MOST exquisite materials as you can see from this online gallery....so am happy to custom adapt & match any of my designs to your wishes for a specific event, outfit, etc. I've created multitudes of gorgeous hats for many happy brides and historical reenactors, and am always delighted to design wedding items as well as special creations for the Somewhere in Time Weekend or Titanic Ship of Dreams participant, Red Hat Society lady, horseless carriage or tea party enthusiast, or those who simply love beauty in all its forms !

IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM 3-8 WEEK DELIVERY TIME ON MOST ITEMS since they are completely handmade, however there definitely are exceptions----such as wanting an item for Xmas/birthday, or if you need an item sooner than the stated leadtime for an event, I can almost always accommodate that type of request---but you MUST email me first please! PLEASE do not order if you cannot wait for your item to be handcrafted....this is not a factory and everything is done one at a time.

I DO NOT OFFER RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS, please be fully aware of this before ordering! These are custom creations and individually crafted for each customer, therefore this term of sale is NOT negotiable. If you purchase an item, experience "buyer remorse" and then send it back, please don't expect me to then give you a refund---If you choose to ignore this unequivocal rule and send me back an item without my acknowledgement or permission, you do so at your own risk. If an item arrives damaged, I will assist you to make an insurance claim or repair/replace the issue in question, or possibly exchange it for another one of my items--whichever is more feasible and at my discretion. No refunds, no returns, period--the buyer is fully responsible for understanding this before purchase. NO CHARGEBACKS ALLOWED HERE and those who perpetuate this type of fraud will be prosecuted! Because of I am now contemplating only allowing payment by mail.....

ORDER PREFERENCES: If ordering a hat stand or wig, please be very sure to specify any color or style preferences when mailing/completing your order, or let me know in email what your wishes are. If preferences aren't indicated, in any case I will still email you personally for info about your color or style choices just to make sure you receive the item you desire. Please be SURE that you include your full name & shipping address, plus primary email address when ordering and that spam filters will not block queries or replies from me..

PAYMENT: Please use Google checkout buttons if paying by credit card----I will then email you within 24 hours to confirm the details of your order. I do not ship to anyone other than verifiable buyers, nor do I ship without full payment in advance; and the only international destinations I can ship to at this time are Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia---INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please email for shipping costs before you purchase as your postage costs will be different than that shown .

SHIPPING: Delivery on all purchases is determined by order schedule and may or may not take up to 3-8 weeks OR MORE, conditions permitting; if a rush order is needed, please inquire before purchasing any item....I'm an artist first and foremost, and must reserve the main part of my time for creating, so I ship only once a week. Very specialized custom orders may take several months if elaborate or specific requests are involved, email for my current schedule. I make sure each of my customers is assured that this kind of rare quality and attention to detail is indeed worth the wait! Shipping charges are PER ITEM and usually cannot be combined because each item is shipped in its own custom size, insured box (particularly the very large hats w/delicate feathers, etc) However, in the instances where I can combine shipment on some items, I will refund any overpayment....otherwise, shipping costs are NOT NEGOTIABLE, thank you for respecting the care and time I take in making sure these exquisite items are properly shipped! All shipments are by Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation and insurance.
